Well with that additude you'll never lose anything. We all know its hard to START dieting and exercising, but you gotta start!! Aftr about a month, it will be like second nature. It takes 21 days and make and/or break a habbit. The way I look at it for myself, what else do I have to do - sit here getting fatter?? I'd rather sit here (or walk, jog or cardio!) getting thinner and into better shape. I've lost almost 50 pounds (I have another 50 to go), if I can do it, anyone can - COME ON, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
