The process may be slow, but it appears that you have made a life style change rather than focusing totally on losing weight. If you are going to have a surgery, it will be much easier to keep the weight off if you already know how to eat healthy. Keep up the great work.

You go girl! I know it’s not easy but we can set our mind to do anything! It has been a rough start for me ! I was on keto them fell off the band wagon gained some weight ! I decided to try the 4:3 and those 3 days of 500 calories is not easy but I hope to get through it and stick to it! When I was on keto I couldn’t handle the artificial sweeteners or almond and coconut flour i grew tired of it ! So with the 4:3 I can still have regular bread in moderation lol but I’m happier !!!
