maaf kak mau tanya, ada nggak disini yg haid nya gak teratur dan hanya flek coklat saja sejak bb naik karna pola makan berubah dan jauh dari diet. sebelumnya lancar dan teratur karna diet. ada pengaruhnya nggak yaa? terima kasih
