Finally... I got my scale to say my exact weight...155.5 as of August 2nd when I started my 2nd round of P90X...now I weighed in today and it says 152.0...so hopefully it's correct and I have really lost 3.5 lbs in a week ...I did a double work out today and I have been eating very good...so I hope it shows on the scale next Monday !! Seeing is believing and I am not giving up !! Good luck to all of us in making our GOALS !
68.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
