Keep going 💪.. dasar aku nya bandel.. Nyoba HIIT mix tabata 2 hr berturut2 badan lgsg lemes smua akhrnya cardio biasa aja.. asli ga kuat ini cuma kuat OR 40 menit ,pdhl biasa smpe sejam.
