Today was a GREAT day! I normally sleep in until at least 10AM. I was up at 7AM got up got dressed went to town and got my favorite coffee (sugar free/ fat free) as a reward for getting up.
I also did my 10 minutes on my treadmill. Wooo Hooo. I am moving in the right direction.
I am very excited for tomorrow
