Only worked out once today. Skipped morning workout because I really needed to clean the house and paint a few things, as well as do laundry. Been putting them off.
FOOD INTAKE: Breakfast: half of an Orange-Banana Visalus Shake (using about 6-7oz. of orange juice and the banana mix-in). I wasn't really hungry or thirsty, so I didn't force myself to finish it. :( Lunch: leftover Chinese food. Dinner: Nothing.....wasn't hungry. But tried to force myself to drink some water. Snack: Half of an chocolate-covered-almond-paste bar. Probably not a good idea, since I'm thinking those things are high in calories....but I did it anyway. :( Another mad moment. Grrrr!
EVENING WORKOUT: 1. Treadmill (Burned 325 calories & 101 fat cals) for 33 minutes....and it didn't shut down on me today, but I stopped before reaching my usual 43 minutes because I was afraid that it would stop any minute. 2.
