After last weeks visit to the cardiologist I have been really good this week. No eggs or red meat either! Trousers feeling slack, keep hoiking them back up. Suits looking more like I've borrowed them from my dad.
Tough times at work, lots of uncertainty. At least my family are safe and happy.
