Halo kak..
Resep steak:
1. Tempe segar 100-150gr ulek sampai halus
2. Garlic powder
3. Lada hitam
4. Sedikit garam
5. 1 butir telur
6. 1 sdm oat
Caranya baurkan semua bumbu pada tempe yg sudah dihaluskan, lalu kasih telur dan oat, bentuk dan panggang di teplon boleh pake margarin kalau takut gosong
Untuk sambal matah, bawang merah, cabe kecil dan serem muda dipotong kecil2, beri perasan jeruk limau, sedikit garam, dan terakhir siram dengan 2-3 sdm minyak kelapa yg sudah dipanaskan
