Yesterday was horrible! I had chili's!! I knew better. I didn't work out. I ended up just watching this new workout video I got. The Firm 500 Calorie workout. OMG. I did (or tried to do anyway) the first 7 minutes of it and gave up. This Morning I almost made a mile jogging though. I felt better after that. Gotta make up for yesterday so I'm gonna have to push it today. Whew!
