For today I feel good in regards to my performance, the things is..I doubt myself in my abilities though..I have lost weight before but I never keep it off. I have pretty much lost all motivation. But I am trying to block the negativities and get healthy once again. I have never been happier then when I am thin and in great health. So all negativity aside, I did damn good today! Day #2 you are going down.
