Not very pretty but loads of veg included, and it tasted good. Usually add a slosh of red wine, and have a cook's perk glass. Wine free pasta,wine free cook this evening 😄

Good plan Keyten77. I eat q lot of vegetarian and vegan food, and gave up supermarket meat a while back. If I'm going to eat meat, eggs and dairy, I want to know the animals were raised by farmers who cared about their welfare. Costs a bit more, but it's offset by my lentil eating habit lol 🙂
