blah blah blah...
Today was a pretty good day until dinner. I didn't eat anything horrible and stayed within my allowed calorie intake. I just ate more than I planned to. I worked out but was disappointed that it took me so long to complete 3 miles. Oh well. Another day.

Thats ok!!! Just spread out how much you went over throughout the other day. If you ate 100 over, eat 50 calories less the next two day. Anyways, it seems like you didnt reach your allowed calories. Don't worry you are doing good!!!

if 1000 calories is all you ate, you shouldn't be worried about it. even if someone is overweight, its not a very good idea to eat less than 1500 calories a day! (for instance, if you don't get enough (healthy) fat in your diet, it can impair brain function!!) just make sure you are staying safe! love and peace
