The HCG diet is doing exactly what I needed it to do...giving me quick weight loss while honing my willpower and increasing my cooking creativity! I have about 1, maybe 2 more weeks of Phase 2, then 3 weeks of introducing some more foods in Phase 3. I've even gotten my husband to eat things he would normally not touch, like cooked tomatoes and stuffed cabbage leaves! He says his taste must be changing. I'm glad he's been supportive. Anyway, no baked goods in a month (other than 1 homemade chocolate chip cookie I had in a moment of weakness, and a bite of banana bread I made). I can't even stand the thought of soda (regular or diet) and a lot of processed foods just don't look appealing any more; so I guess that is good
