Calories well within target, even if it was a make do with what's available day at uni. I've drunk loads of water, I'm resisting alcohol, even though it's usually on the agenda on a Wednesday evening (wall to wall, all day lectures today) and I walked 13170 steps. Choosing to accentuate the positive rather than dwell on the lack of green stuff on the menu so far today 🙂
