I read your tip, and tried Googling the topic and only found the ration of 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs for the Induction phase. They stated that the protein stays constant, and % fat decreases in proportion to increased carbs in later phases. Is this the same information you read?

65%,30%,5% is correct. When I did Atkins in the 80's I never saw any mention of those percentages. Of course, then, induction was induction. Zero carbs. It seems to have morphed a bit in the last 20+years. There was also no such animal as "net carbs". I REALLY like subtracting the fiber grams! Oh, anyway, I started using the percentages and eating accordingly and my two week stall was over! I have so much to lose that I'm going to stay on those percentages with under 10g carbs until I'm where I'm supposed to be, then switch to calorie. I hope. I did that in the 80's and didn't have any trouble with weight for the next 20years (until I stopped smoking), so hopefully it'll work again!
