Yesterday was not a good day eating wise. I went out to dinner and I didn't make the best food choices. That being said, I didn't eat everything just because it tasted good! I stopped when I was full. Which is a huge plus for me. Still I gained about a pound according to the scale this morning. Weighing in daily is really helping me see exactly what poor food choices will do!

And because I knew I didn't eat well I made myself go for a walk at 10:00 PM so that I could get all of my steps in, because I was nowhere close! But today is a new day and I am starting off strong. I'm going to make dinner at home, which will be fairly low calorie and eat before work so I don't have to worry about eating the junk at work!

great way to put the past behind you! I feel the very same way about weighing myself daily. Glad I'm not the only one.
