1 Pisang di halusin kak pake garpu 4 sendok oat di blender halus campurin pisang dan oat yg udh halus trus kasih telor, biking powder dikit, garem dan gula dikit. Aku pake gula sweetener tropicanaslim. Trus di tambah perasa coklat arau vanila opsional, itu aku pake coklat. Tinggal panggang di teflon anti lengket.. jadi kak💁
