I'm accepting I can't eat avocados without watching the quantity.No excuses about good fats and all that,right now I just need to eat less of them. 232 delicious calories for breakfast,demonstrating to myself a 2" layet of avo isnt strictly necessary 😄

Yes, there's a big handful of spinach in there. I aim to fit in as many vegetables as I can every day, so it makes sense to start with breakfast 🙂
