Happy about the 1 pound I lost! Haha, I have been staying at 120-121 range and it's been frustating me, because I thought I was eating pretty well. So, do I really need to cut back my calorie intake even more? The weekend scares me because it's my mother's b-day, which means food, deserts, and alcohol. If I could only eliminate the amount of alcohol I take in. I mean it's not alot, but the drink calories sure do add up. Hoping I can stay on track this weekend!!
