We really need to be so careful about losing FAT and not MUSCLE!! Before I cut calories and started really losing weight, I could do a couple of sit ups. It was hard, but I could. Today I started some strength training, as my cardio is doing amazing, and I can’t do a single sit up! My stomach muscles are too weak. 🤔
