Frustrated that my weight is not budging. I am afraid I will begin to sabatoge myself from this. Help!!!

Are you still following WW plan? If you are, are you eating all your daily points (eating less doesn't always mean you will lose more, it can slow your metabolism and stop you from losing sometimes). If you aren't following WW, make sure you are eating enough to keep your metabolism reved up. Are you getting enough lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies? (No matter which plan you are on, it's important to get a good balance of non processed healthy foods). Are you drinking water? (It helps flush out sodium). Start your day out with some protein as well as the fruit. It will keep you fuller longer and burns calories better than any other food group. You might try eating every few hours with some protein at each meal (mini-meals). Losing weight takes a lot of patience. You have to keep trying different things to find out what will work for you.
