udah nyoba 48 jam dengan 1x olah raga pagi hari... rasanya luwar biyasaaaa jalan kayak gak tegakk...padahal tragetnya 24 jam lagi😂.. apaboleh buat timbang pingsan mending finis ajah...

jangan pokoknya jangan mba.. water fasting emg bikin berat badan turun drastis ... tp mba bakalan seolah balas dendam pas selesai water fasting .... dan water fasting ga memenuhi nutrisi juga.. kebetulan aku pernah water fasting 4 hari asli minum doang :(
