@fenty yg penting niat n konsisten sis,, klo saya sangat ngurangi minum manis2an n gorengan, banyak minum air putih 3-4 liter per hari, mengatur pola makan disesuaikan dgn kebutuhan kalori kita n Olga.
@lindya *tos sis,, keceh2 ya bsb msh blm move on,, tau gitu kita ketemu sis hehe
@ayu blm 10kg sis,, skitar 8-9 kg,, sebenernya bb awal ak 71 kg sekian,, komanya tuh gede jd ak buletin jd 72 kg cm di fs ak mskkinnya 71 kg hehee,, tetap semangatt sis💪
