What have you done to lose weight? 🤔. I educated myself about my food choices and amounts by documenting everything I eat. I figured out the small amounts of fats have huge calories. That eating many small things adds up to big calories. And beer 🍻😯

Amen! I mostly lost my weight just basically staying within a calorie deficit, with the occasional off and on strength training and cardio. If I move more, I know I would lose more, I'm just lazy lol. Working on it though! But all this to say, I think it all starts in the kitchen!

Yep, 9 cals per 1 gm of fat, compared to 4 cals per 1 gm of sugar. I'm going with 2, 3, & 4, just for me.

Calories really guided me with how much to eat. When I put in 8 ounces of steak and see the calories and fat content, it keeps me from eating 12 ounces. When I put in 2 pieces of pizza, the calories keep me from eating 4.

Most of the weight is lost by dietary management, and the rest is weight training.
