LUNCH THURSDAY July 17.

I am going "out" to lunch shortly: I WILL STICK TO SOUTH BEACH DIET, no matter how tempted I am to go off.

I'll honestly write later how I did. This is for my sake more than anything else; I think I will be journaling an awful lot now that I have made up my mind to lose all my weight..........This is my way of "checking" on myself, reminding myself, and keeping focused. I can do this-I WIILL do this.

I agree that journaling makes a difference. It took me a while to realize how important it is. You can do this. One day at a time!
