Food today--Sp.k and milk-6, hard boiled egg-2, baked lays-4, 2 cheese sticks-4, yogurt-2, M+M's-4, Total 22. Got a lot of exercise and shopping in today. Going tomorrow morning to my WW meeting. Hope all goes well! (Usually I go in the evening)
