Ini perhitungan hr ini, pdhal BB msh di 53kg (target 47kg). Gak sia2 HIIT dan angkat beban dikit2 walaupun cuma 30-35 menit sehari tiap hari. Alhamdulillah. Makasih Emi Wong dan Joanna Soh. Perpaduan home workout yg bermanfaat dan mudah diikuti.

Iya kakk... Aku kombinasi yg 30 menit full body + 10 menit slim leg. Urusan kaki agak mengkhawatirkan soalnya nih. 😂😂
