這週開始孕吐了~早晚各吐一次~好難過😫

早餐:漢堡、拿鐵

午餐:三杯雞、蛤蜊、香菇、菠菜、玉米、水梨

下午茶:碗豆酥

晚餐:雞胸肉、蛤蜊、香菇、菠菜、櫛瓜、地瓜

喝水量:2000cc
