Dear Journal: I realize I have to wait for weight to go down now that I have been serious (for 2 days or so). Today will be having dinner out with friends and will ONLY make the right choices no matter what anyone else eats (they are all chubbies)-No matter what looks more fantastic than my choice-I live to be under 150, which means I better really live it by dieting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
