How does everyone like to get back on track? I fell off a while. Happy in love and cooking/eating. I guess I should start with my workouts and intermittent fasting. What do y’all do?

I just started and am planning to drop 38 pounds. The plan is to do a whole food unprocessed diet and to have a daily yoga practice. Hope this helps and good luck on your journey
