First day of fall semester today... Totally excited about it! Great professors for the two classes I had today, the rest is still to be discovered. Totally, set myself up for failure today... Left the house in a hurry, without breakfast or snacks... Yicks, I thought I was going to die! But I seriously refuse to let myself get food from a vending machine and didn't have time for lunch between classes so I went until about 4pm until I finally got nurishment... I had to stop into the market to pick up some household items and grabbed Clif bars. I ate one on the way home and have a few for the rest of the week. I also grabbed some peaches and 100cal packs of almonds. When I got home, I had about a half of a cantalope. So even though I suffered it out, I set myself up to over eat and I know that. When you are hungry all day, you will tend to overload at night. Whew... That was close and never again will I be caught with out snacks!
