Day 35

On my last day of Week 5 of eating clean and working out 6 times a week, and looking to start week 6 with a bang! i will be half way through my challenge at the end of that week. I have never made it half way or been so dedicated so it is very exciting! Got my work out and swim on last night. I hope to step on the scale tomorrow morning and see a good motivating number. Im going to try and keep my carbs to the morning only, at least the fruit part so that sugar gets used it during my busy day...it will be tuff but i can do it!

Goals are to

- Go to Bikram Yoga after work
- Drink 6 of my LuLu Water Bottles before the work day is thru
- Throw out this coffee im currently drinking because it tastes like someone stirred it with their foot

M1 - Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon, 1 cup blueberries
M2 - Cottage Cheese
M3 - Salad & Fish Fillet w FF ranch
M4 - Protein Shake
M5 - Tomato Soup

Hope Everyone has a Tubular Tuesday! Lets kick this days ass!

Hey, you should do some research on glycogen storage - I don't think 'good carbs' later in the day are so terribly evil.
