Focused this week and here are the results, very happy! I averaged 1800 kcal per day, stayed away from treats and snacking and ate reasonably healthy. I also went back to gym and did a spinning class. It was tough after not doing anything for so many months.. it can only get easier, as it couldn't get worse 😂 This week I will stick to the same eating routine but I'm doing two spinning classes and will see where this takes me.
