Woke at 233.2, down .2 from yesterday but still up 15 pounds from my recent low. Going to be dropping the calories and carbs this week to get that water weight out of me. Have a few after hours events, but I will attempt to work them into the plan. UPDATE: Got to 232.2 before dinner. Ate pork roast and a protein drink.
