Very excited! Only a 1/2 lb gain this morning from Friday's weigh-in and it's TOM too! Maybe I'm finally learning to not kill my hard work by eating everything on weekends. Had my meals for the day planned when I left the house this morning, and when I logged them at work, I did great estimating my calorie intake. I'm finally learning some lessons!! If I can only keep it up! I really like this Alive vitamin so much better than the others I've tried. It really helps my energy. I've been back to taking it less than a week, and I already notice an improvement. Guess it helps to get all your vitamins and nutrients in. Now if I can just convince my kids of that! :) Didn't get into bed until late last night, so I didn't make it to my work-out this morning, but I will be there tonight! When I was looking for an Easter dress Friday night, I saw just how big my calves still are. I thought they were smaller, and about freaked when I noticed I still have almost-cankles! UGH!! What happened to the barbie-doll legs I had when I was 15??? That's what I've seen in the mirror all these years, why do my eyes continue to lie to me about how I really look? It's hard getting these shocking eye-openers when I think I'm finally looking better! Have got to work harder on toning my legs and slimming my ankles! What are some ways to do that besides walking/running and leg lifts? Well, better get back to work now. Have a great day!
