Next week I WILL SEE something in the 150's, I have to get totally serious, I am soooo tired of seeing the same numbers..........and it is no ones fault but my own. I know what I have to do, I just have to get serious! I have the working out down pat!! I have been working out for over 4 years STEADY!! It is that dang eating thing that I am having such a problem with. I know it is time to alternate my working out too. It is so hard thought, because it is like the more you loose the less you have to eat and the more you have to excersise, because you burn less calories the less you weigh. Hey I'm not complaining, if I could get where I want to be, I'll take that to get there ahhaha! Best luck to you all!

Well, if you were 250 at one time, and lost that much weight, then you do know what you need to do, so let's both get busy and do it. Springs gonna be just around the corner before we know it.

Wow... losing so much weight in the past is excellent! So you know you can do it. Just keep at it and you will get to that 150 goal in the end. Good luck! :o)
