Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 02 Apr 13

I'm getting kind of disgruntled :) I try so hard to record exactly what I eat, but so many of my choices are not available in FatSecret. I need to look around and see if there is a way to add to their content.
Tonight I finally gave up and showed 1 serving of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning as that is 0 carbs. What I actually used was Tony Chachere's Injectable Creole Butter Marinade. It has zero carbs. Soooooo I just picked what I could that resembled what I had with the actual carb count.
AND, genius me, finally remembered today that on true Atkins you are supposed to drink something like 64 oz of water a day....which I haven't done since the inception of this diet in January. I'm starting today, but I'm feeling rather seasick. I may have to cut back a litte tomorrow until I can adjust. I simply can't walk efficiently feeling like this.
