Totally fell off of the health wagon last night. Had 10 to many drinks. I started off good, I replaced 3 of my starches with rum and diet. Then it went down hill. Good ole Jack decided to show up he brought along his buddy jager and once I get inebreated I switch to beer. Tsk tsk Jessica. I had two beer. Along with 4 jager bombs, 2 shots of plain jager, 2 shots of jack and 4 rum and diets. I was smart though at the end of the night switched to water (which is unheard of for me).
Oh well everyone has there days. Today has been good. Ive been drinking extra water and following my plan. Ill probably notice next weigh in thats for sure.

It's so not easy for us in our early 20's!!!! But still hang in there, you're not the only one that had a bad day. Personally i had way to many bad days. You just have to go back on plan and please don't think that it's all over just because you overdone it. Days like that will always happened but your true desire to lose that weight will keep you going.

those nights totally happen! thats probably my biggest problem too those nights out partying and the drinks just keep coming to you.. you just gotta get back on the plan and your motivation for losing the weight will keep u going

Altoannie - no worries there. Its either cab or bus when I drink. Sweetgirl and Aman87 - Thanks, I oversaturated with water and ran two miles. Figured that would help get the alcohol and extra cals out of the system
