I just finished entering the food that I ate today...and I'm very displeased with how much FAT and CARBS I took in. I never realized how much of both of those I actually eat. It's kind of disturbing. BUT, I'm glad I'm on FatSecret now. It has really opened my eyes. Plus, I've always wanted to see what it's like to keep track of the food I eat. I tried it (on paper) before, but I only maintained it for....2 whole days. *lol* And now I can actually keep track of how much water I take in too. This is a really nifty site. I hope I'll be able to reach my goal (and then some) now.
