128.8 but I can see a difference. Dairy 3 days in a row - how did I not realize that "Cheese crackers" would have dairy!!!!! Idiot. So even with zyrtec I'm retaining water. The scale will probably drop at least a pound once I can actually avoid dairy for a few days and lose the edema. Damn. It's not bad, but enough so my face doesn't really look like 'me' and my stomach has a small amount of unpleasant jello like swelling that shouldn't be there : ( .
Damn.
