Sy defisit kalori. Dtee di 2700kal, sy hanya makan 800kal sehari 1x makan. Trs intermiten fasting. Sehari hanya makan siang. Senin -kamis Jogging tiap hr 30mnt dan Weight lifting 1.5jam. Sabtu minggu sepedaan 40km.
