新低51.1,今天早上莫名其妙涨的2斤,心情受波动。今天去华油逛街于是:
早 拌豆腐+清炒芹菜辣椒
午 猪肉白菜饺子15个左右
下午 6个油炸糕+2个韭菜馅饼+一个鸡排饼+2炸串+1杯烧仙草+1个大炸翅
越来越没有定力
减肥路漫漫其修远兮啊!
53.4 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
