TOM + work stress + no gym + food + lack of sleep = 138 lbs.... :(
I am so sick... my tummy is killing me, so is my weight.. I hate this number... TGIF!!! I can't wait to go home and sleep... I feel miserable!

You are watching it and you know exactly what is going on. Just keep posting your weight mirej. You've really gained very little when you stop and think about it, so don't be hard on youself. As soon as you are ready, I am certain that you will begin to come back down again. I hope you feel better soon buddy! You have a good weekend too.

Hi Mirej! I hope you are feeling better now. I know what you are going through... About the weight, TOM is responsible for most of the gain, I'm sure next week you'll be back to your range. But you have to sleep!! Take some rest this weekend and catch up with sleep. Otherwise you wont feel well enough to exercise and it's harder to stick to our diet when we are exhausted. Take care!

Hey you two! Info... I know that you know how close I follow my weight, I just need to act on it... and my bf had a lil' talk with me last night, it made me feel sad and he is right, if I don't stop eating late snacks and many different snacks one after another I will go back to what I was... so I am happy he took the time and courage to tell me this... it isn't easy to hurt someone we love, but in a long term, his words are of a great support and positive results will come out of it. Anne... I did sleep in today, my TOM has been very painful, lots of headaches and very painful cramps, I even cried and could not sleep on Thursday night... my bf was massaging my tummy and I took some pills, but it was bad! Now I am better, still having a headache and had a few bad things to eat but I decided that I will cut on desserts and snacks which is probably the only problem I have... And keep on exercising! Have a nice weekend guys!
