...so I'm finding out that it's really hard NOT to eat carbs everyday. I don't think I could ever go on a no-carb diet. I'm not even sure if it's possible for me to go on a low-carb diet. I'm Asian...I NEED my rice!! *haha*
Since I have a two-year-old and a newborn, we have a bunch of pre-made frozen foods stocked in our giant freezer. I attempted to try to keep it healthy, but I'm not sure how healthy it actually is. I have the Smart Ones frozen meals....but of course, the sodium level is through the roof (at least I think so). Anyway, they're convenient to have, but I'm wondering if they're bad for me...???
