Diet yang tetep bisa makan enak kak ,ngandalin protein dan daging2 dan sayuran jadi puasa karbo jenis nasi cuma kadang makan yang sperti it minyaknya banyak jadi dbantu pake flimty buat detox 1 hr 1x sblm makan

@aivha1927 dipanggang dear pakai arang cuma kalo aga ribet asepnya kemana bisa pakai teflon trus ikannya dibungkus pake daun pisang dengan api kecil cuma aga lama matengnya ( ini trik aku dulu pake teflon )
