setelah stuck 3mgg bisa turun 0.4 g ehh naik lg.. 0.9 mkan sdh di BMR sdh ganti pola olahraga. yg biasanya cma 30mnt di HIIT 30mnt cardio.. sekarang. 1 jam HIIT sekaligus Sirkuit. mau coba intermetting fasting. ada yg tau caranya.. tkutnya mlah mkn dibawah BMR
