SO CURVES TODAY:
I attended at the one in Boksburg.
The trainer there, there are multiple, but this one is specific was amazing.
She really helped me out and made me feel comfortable.
She didn’t push me because of my wrist and both of us not knowing my capabilities.
The place was clean and well kept, staff very friendly and the ladies of all ages and backgrounds were so happy and welcoming.
I did enjoy it. It felt very different to the normal gym scene I experienced at planet fitness where people either try to show others up, give judgemental looks or ignore you.
I am seriously thinking of joining now just to see how my wrist faired tomorrow
