Menuju bb ideal emg rada susah turun ya,tapi gpp aku sdh bersyukur skli perjuangan dari bb 75kg-52kg☺️
Rencananya tahun dpn mau mulai weightlifting.Semoga terwujud.Aaaamin🙏🏻
