mowed the lawn
any way i had a no no for dinner i was so craving macaroni and cheese i ate the whole box. but on the down side of this wich is good i dont crave it any more and i mowed the lawn for 30 minutes so i did burn some calories there plus i did dishes and now i am doing laundry so i am burning those icky calories off of me. any way for those of you that arekeeping up on myhusband he got his cat scan today after much begging on my part and now we can finally find out what is causeing his neck pain any way thats my life in a nut shell love shelly.

Thanks for the update on your husband, let us know how it turns out. One of my favorite substitutes for mac and cheese is cheesy cauliflower. The recipe is in my cookbook, if you are interested.
